Reservation/Guest Reationship
Our guests’ first contact through Reservations Department, where we answer their questions and book their property. Guest Relations ensures guests are warmly welcomed and well looked-after from the moment they arrive, thus enhancing their experience. If our guests seek local touring ideas, tickets, transfers. Guest Relations accommodate their requests using their knowledge and insights of the local destination.
Housekeeping
