Yes, we offers airport transfer services. You can arrange for a transfer from Larnaca or Paphos airports directly through ourairport transfer services page or by contacting our customer service team.
All rates on the website are per property.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to book less than five night via Web Site. Please contact our Reservation Department.

The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. Also, we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may end up in your “spam folder”. If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking details to enquiries@seafrontprotaras.com

The following amenities are standard to all homes unless specifically noted in the description: Bed & towels, Pillows & Blankets, Coffee maker, Toaster or Toaster Oven, Dishes, Utensils & Cookware, Microwave, Fridges and Freezers, TV, Air Conditioning, Outdoor Furniture,  BBQ Grill (gas or charcoal), free WIFI, free bottled water, free ice cubes, free electricity, free air conditioning, free charcoal, free heating. Please see individual property for full details.

Unfortunately, the apartments do not have a swimming pool. Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 have a Jacuzzi.

All our villas have a pool except for villa number 7 and villa number 8. These villas have a large jacuzzi.
We are pet friendly. During the booking process, please provide the necessary information regarding your pets. Please note that there is an additional charge of €50 per animal, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.
Our properties have a private car parking.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all the villas and apartments provided by Seafront Protaras. This ensures that guests can stay connected during their stay.
Yes, Seafront Protaras offers a range of properties that can accommodate large groups or events. They provide spacious villas and apartments that are ideal for family gatherings, weddings, or corporate retreats.
Seafront Protaras Luxury Resort has no reception. You can collect keys from key safety boxes located outside the front door of the property and contact us by phone.

Yes, the properties are located right in the center of Protaras.

The villas at Seafront Protaras are located in prime locations, often just steps away from the shore. For instance, Sunrise Beach is approximately 30 meters away, and Fig Tree Bay is around 200 meters from of our properties.

All of the villas have bathrooms, some with baths and others with showers.
