The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and is located on the first floor while also including private underground parking.
Upon entering the property, you will see a luxurious kitchen which is connected to well-styled living room and guest bathroom. Each of the three spacious rooms has its own on-suite bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with a personal outdoor barbecue grill, sunbeds, kids trampoline and a satellite smart TV(with Netflix and channels from over 10 countries).
Housekeeping & Cleaning
Our housekeeping team is committed to extensive cleaning before and after each guest.
Every room, bathroom and kitchen are disinfected.
The Hot Tub water is changed after each guest.
For guest staying over 7 days we offer weekly housekeeping.

No smoking.
Respect other guests.
Clean any dishes/glasses before departure.
Put rubish in bin.
Put back all barbecue equipment.
Quiet hours
From October 1st to March 31st, the public is encouraged to observe moments of tranquility between 15:30 and 17:30 during the day, and from 22:00 to 7:30 am in the evening.
From April 1st to September 30th, the peaceful ambiance is maintained with quiet hours from 15:00 to 17:30 during the day and from 23:00 to 7:00 am in the evening.
