Seafront Protaras Villa 7 is a five bedroom which offers luxurious, self-catering, air-conditioned accommodation and is located just a few metres from the two main beaches (Sunrise Beach & Fig Tree Bay) while simultaneously in the centre of Protaras Town, a 10-minute drive away from Ayia Napa.
The Villa can accommodate up to 14 people and is located in a private complex which includes private parking for each villa.
Upon entering the property, you will see a luxurious kitchen which is connected to well-styled living room. The Ground Floor also includes 1 bathroom, 1 of the bedrooms and stairs connecting to the basement and first floor. The basement is where the Sauna can be located with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the first floor you can find the other 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large veranda.

We take pride in allowing our guests to feel straight at home and providing amenities even for the most demanding guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped has anything and everything you would ever need. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with high speed internet. The villa includes a beautiful privae pool and is equipped with a personal Hot tub, an indoor sauna, an air-hockey machine, an arcade pinball, an arcade basketball game, a private outdoor bar, outdoor barbecue grill, sunbeds, kids trampoline, a karaoke machine, ping pong table and a satellite smart TV(with Netflix and channels from over 10 countries).

Housekeeping & Cleaning

Our housekeeping team is committed to extensive cleaning before and after each guest.
Every room, bathroom and kitchen are disinfected.
The Hot Tub water is changed after each guest.
For guest staying over 7 days we offer weekly housekeeping.

House rules

No smoking.
Respect other guests.
Quiet hours 23:00 – 07:00.
Clean any dishes/glasses before departure.
Put rubish in bin.
Put back all barbecue equipment.

Booking Details

Upon completion of booking, you will receive a confirmation email of the reservation.
All check in information will be sent by email 2 day prior to arrival.
Check in is at 15:00pm (earlier check in is subject to additional charges & availability).
Check out is at 11:00am (later check out is subject to additional charges & availability).
