Seafront Protaras Apartments offers luxurious, self-catering, air-conditioned accommodation and is located a few metres from the two main beaches (Sunrise Beach & Fig Tree Bay) while simultaneously in the centre of Protaras Town, a 10-minute drive away from Ayia Napa.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the first floor while also including private underground parking.
Upon entering the property, you will well-styled living room which is connected to luxurious kitchen.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with both views of the Mediterranean Sea and the main Protaras road. We take pride in allowing our guests to feel straight at home and providing amenities even for the most demanding guests.
Our kitchen is fully equipped has anything and everything you would ever need.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned with high speed internet.
The apartment is equipped with a personal outdoor barbecue grill, sunbeds, kids trampoline and a satellite smart TV(with Netflix and channels from over 10 countries).

Housekeeping & Cleaning

Our housekeeping team is committed to extensive cleaning before and after each guest.
Every room, bathroom and kitchen are disinfected.
The Hot Tub water is changed after each guest.
For guest staying over 7 days we offer weekly housekeeping.

House rules

No smoking.
Respect other guests.
Clean any dishes/glasses before departure.
Put rubish in bin.
Put back all barbecue equipment.

Quiet hours

From October 1st to March 31st, the public is encouraged to observe moments of tranquility between 15:30 and 17:30 during the day, and from 22:00 to 7:30 am in the evening.
From April 1st to September 30th, the peaceful ambiance is maintained with quiet hours from 15:00 to 17:30 during the day and from 23:00 to 7:00 am in the evening.

Booking Details

Upon completion of booking, you will receive a confirmation email of the reservation.
All check in information will be sent by email 2 day prior to arrival.
Check in is at 15:00pm (earlier check in is subject to additional charges & availability).
Check out is at 11:00am (later check out is subject to additional charges & availability).
Our cancelation policy can be found in our terms & conditions.

Events are allowed, but must comply with our house rules

Please inform us in advance if you will:

Bring a pet, there is an additional one time charge of 50€.
Require extra linen for sofa beds.
Require baby amenities (Baby cot, potty, high chair).
