The Villa can accommodate up to 16 people and is located in a private complex which includes private parking for each villa.
Upon entering the property, you will see a luxurious kitchen which is connected to well-styled living room. The Ground Floor also includes 1 bathroom, 1 of the bedrooms and stairs connecting to the basement and first floor. The basement is where the Sauna can be located with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the first floor you can find the other 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large veranda. All bedrooms feature Ceiling Fans for your comfort.

The villa includes a beautiful private pool and is equipped with a personal Hot tub, an indoor sauna, an air-hockey machine, an arcade pinball, a private outdoor bar, outdoor barbecue grill, sunbeds, kids trampoline, a karaoke machine, ping pong table and a satellite smart TV (with Netflix and channels from over 10 countries).
Housekeeping & Cleaning
Our housekeeping team is committed to extensive cleaning before and after each guest.
Every room, bathroom and kitchen are disinfected.
The Hot Tub water is changed after each guest.
For guest staying over 7 days we offer weekly housekeeping.

Clean any dishes/glasses before departure.
Put rubish in bin.
Put back all barbecue equipment.
Quiet hours
From October 1st to March 31st, the public is encouraged to observe moments of tranquility between 15:30 and 17:30 during the day, and from 22:00 to 7:30 am in the evening.
From April 1st to September 30th, the peaceful ambiance is maintained with quiet hours from 15:00 to 17:30 during the day and from 23:00 to 7:00 am in the evening.
